If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order or wish to request a refund, return, or exchange, please contact us at your earliest convenience, ensuring that your request reaches us no later than 3 days from the date you received your order.

Damaged Items upon Arrival

In most cases, we will gladly offer a replacement free of charge. To help us better understand the issue, we kindly ask that you send us a photo of the damaged product via email to info@newmindchaga.com. Please notify us of any damaged items as soon as possible, but no later than 3 days after receiving your order.

Incorrect Orders / Placed in Error

For orders placed in error, you may be eligible for a full refund, depending on whether or not the order has been shipped at the time of your inquiry. To ensure a prompt resolution, we recommend reaching out to us immediately to cancel any mistaken orders. If the order has not yet been shipped, we will promptly cancel it and initiate a refund. However, if the order has been shipped, the buyer is responsible for returning the shipment at their expense. We will refund the full product price for any incorrect orders returned to us, excluding the original shipping cost.
