Subscription Policy - Commitment and Cancellation

Our subscription policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our valued subscribers. Please review the following terms and conditions to better understand our subscription process:

1. Subscription Commitment:

When you choose to subscribe to our monthly plan, you commit to a minimum subscription duration of 3 months. During this period, you will receive your monthly order of our products on the same day as your initial purchase, approximately every 30 days. The subscription amount will be automatically debited from your account to ensure a hassle-free experience.

2. Cancellation Options:

After the initial 3-month commitment, you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription. You can do so through either of the following methods:

• Email: To cancel your subscription, please send an email to info@newmindchaga.com. Our customer support team will promptly assist you in processing the cancellation.

• Account Management: As an alternative, you can easily manage and cancel your subscription directly from your account page on our website. We have provided a user-friendly interface to make the cancellation process convenient for you.

• Step 1: Just login to the my account section from the store and click on "View and edit subscription" button
• Step 2: Select the subscription which you would like to cancel, and click on "Manage your Subscription" button.
• Step 3: Now, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on "Cancel Subscription" hyperlink, add your reason for cancellation to help the brand and confirm the cancellation.

• Quick Tip: Add an informative cancellation reason to help us understand the issue behind and improvise :)

Important Note: Cancellations made after the 3-month commitment period will take effect immediately for the next billing cycle.
